HOW TO USE: |

| STEP 1 | Open the back of the LED light and remove the plastic tab below the batteries. Rinse the mouth tray with warm water and attach it to the LED light. |
| STEP 2 | When you use the item, please unscrew the original tip of the syringe, then put the long tip on the syringe again, squeeze slowly, the gel will flow out from the end of the syringe and fill evenly the front surface of trays. Do not apply it to the gums and do not put too much gel, 0.3-0.5 ml is enough each time. |
| STEP 3 | Press the power button to turn on the light and whiten your teeth for 10-15 minutes. The LED light will automatically turn off and beep in 30 minutes intervals for your convenience. When finished, rinse the mouth tray and your mouth with warm water. Store gel in a cool, dry place. Avoid eating or drinking staining foods/beverages for 30 minutes. |
